I had only wanted to say we are absolutely LOVING our stay here. We feel like different people than when we arrived and we have already made some wonderful memories which will last long after we are back in England. The house is just perfect for our needs (in fact it far outstrips them!) and we have had an idyllic family time, joined by some friends for a couple of days who move on today. Lounging round the pool, playing silly card games, discovering the oyster shacks and the quieter beaches, mooching round the port, fitting in some go-karting, playing tennis everyday, and generally leading an exceptionally high quality of life. We are so appreciative of what you have built here and feel genuinely so lucky to be experiencing it together.
And what is it about French supermarkets that makes them interesting?!!
So everything is very much more than fine here. Thank you also for your lovely reply earlier in the week. We so appreciate all the details – we keep discovering new ones each day. You have pulled off a triumph and it is lovely to live in for a while 😊
